You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use WAYMARK, and able to form a binding contract.
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to access other users' data; reverse engineering or disrupting the service; using it unlawfully; or uploading malicious content.
WAYMARK, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by Beyond Borders LLC. You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Borders LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the app's output — including visa refusals, overstays, fines, denied entry, or tax consequences. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
